Terms of service

1. The service

Scenelabs ("we", "us") is an Everlife company. Scenelabs generates video ads from your briefs using AI models for writing, images, video, voice and captions ("the service"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in private. One account per person or business unless we agree otherwise.

3. Plans, credits and payment

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits; generation spends credits at the prices shown in the app before you spend. Top-up credits do not expire. Plan credits are for the billing period they are issued in. You can cancel any time from Settings; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Because generation costs us money the moment it runs, credits already spent are not refundable; unused plan credits are not refundable except where the law requires.

4. Your content and your rights

You keep the rights to the briefs, product photos, pages and scripts you give us, and you grant us a licence to process them to provide the service. Subject to these terms and your plan being in good standing, you own the ads the service generates for you and may use them commercially. Our AI actors and voices are synthetic; you may not present them as real customers, real endorsements or real testimonials, and you may not use the service to impersonate a real person.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the claims your ads make and for complying with advertising law, platform policies (including Meta's and TikTok's rules on AI-generated content and disclosure) and the rights of others. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harmful.

6. AI output

Generated content can be wrong, odd or unusable. We work to make results good and we do not guarantee any particular output, performance, views, sales or return on ad spend. Illustrative numbers on our site are examples, not promises.

7. Third-party services

The service runs on third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Their availability affects ours. If you connect an ad account (for example Meta), you authorise us to read and, where you ask, write to it on your behalf, within the permissions you grant.

8. Changes and termination

We may change the service, prices for future periods, and these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account from Settings → Plan & credits.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad spend.
